1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdee ("bdee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdee website at bdee.app, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, account services, promotional offers, and payment processing functions (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements

3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdee strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform. You must notify bdee support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bdee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bdee accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bdee wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. bdee does not charge a transaction fee on deposits from the platform side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your bdee wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following verification approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
bdee reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review purposes, including where unusual account activity has been detected, where KYC documentation is incomplete, or where a withdrawal request is flagged by our fraud monitoring system. Players will be notified of any delay and provided with a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are not directly withdrawable. They must first be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements, as set out in the relevant bonus terms at the time of offer acceptance.

5.2 Bonus Abuse
bdee takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as account suspension: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes; and providing false registration information to appear eligible for a new player offer.
bdee reserves the right to apply reasonable judgement in identifying bonus abuse patterns and to take appropriate action, including withholding withdrawals pending investigation. Players suspected of bonus abuse will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.
5.3 Promotional Changes
bdee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not materially disadvantage players who have already accepted the offer in good faith. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are subject to availability and may not be repeated in subsequent years.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Casino Games

In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in bdee's sportsbook terms. Where no specific rule exists, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.
6.3 Malfunctions & Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including server errors, software glitches, incorrect odds display, or interrupted connectivity — bdee reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and return the relevant stakes to the Player's account. Wins resulting from a clear technical error are not valid and will not be paid. bdee is not liable for any loss of opportunity or inconvenience caused by technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a bdee user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
- Opening or operating more than one bdee account at any time.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bdee platform, its servers, databases, or security systems.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true location or identity.
- Allowing another person to operate your bdee account on your behalf, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdee staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
bdee employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdee reserves the right to take immediate action without advance notice, including withholding pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity may also be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bdee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to completion of pending wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
If you are requesting account closure because of gambling-related concerns, bdee strongly recommends activating the self-exclusion feature instead of, or in addition to, account closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdee
bdee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider; a court order or instruction from a regulatory authority; or where bdee determines that continued account operation presents a risk to the platform, other users, or the Player themselves.
Where an account is closed by bdee due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held may be forfeited, particularly where the breach involves fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. Where bdee closes an account for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory reasons), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdee will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity policy. After the notice period, bdee may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳100 per month to the account balance. Where the balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed. Any remaining balance at the point of closure will be returned to the Player upon verified request.
